2. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
- Pricing may vary based on material availability, design revisions, market conditions, and supplier fluctuations.
- GST, transportation, and installation charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned in the proposal.
3. Payment Terms
All payments made are non-refundable once services or production begins.
Project payments are collected in milestone stages.
Work begins only after receiving the initial booking/advance amount.
Delay in payment may result in project pausing until settlement.
4. Design Revisions
- Clients are eligible for a fixed number of revisions depending on the package selected.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed count may be chargeable.
5. Materials & Warranty
- Materials used will match the agreed specification sheet unless approved changes are made.
- Warranty varies by product category (e.g., laminates, hardware, electrical, appliances) and is provided as per manufacturer policy.
6. Timeline
- Timeline will be estimated during project confirmation.
- Delays may occur due to:
- Material unavailability
- Civil site issues
- Client delays in approvals or payments
- Natural calamities or government restrictions
Untold Concepts will not be liable for delays beyond our control.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client must ensure:
- Site accessibility during working hours
- Necessary electrical, civil, and safety provisions
- Approvals from building associations or authorities (if applicable)
8. Copyright & Intellectual Property
- All drawings, 3D designs, renders, and concepts remain the intellectual property of Untold Concepts.
- Designs cannot be shared, reproduced, or executed by third parties without written permission.
9. Project Termination
If a project is cancelled by the client after commencement:
- Outstanding dues must be cleared for delivered work or materials
Untold Concepts reserves the right to terminate a project for non-payment or misuse.
10. Liability
Untold Concepts is not responsible for:
- Third-party installations not handled by our team
- Damages caused by misuse, alteration, or poor maintenance
- Structural or plumbing defects existing before our work
