Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose
   The Customer Referral Policy is designed to reward individuals who refer potential clients to
   Untold Concepts, resulting in successful interior projects.
2. Eligibility

• The referral program is open to everyone, including:
  o Existing customers
  o Past customers
  o Friends, family members, employees, and general public
• It is not mandatory for the referrer to have completed a project with Untold Concepts
  earlier.

1. How the Referral Program Works
2. Refer your friend or family member through the “Refer a Friend” tab on the Untold
   Concepts website
3. The referred client signs up and books a project with Untold Concepts
4. The referred client completes Stage 3 payment
5. The referrer receives the referral incentive directly into their bank account
6. Referral Incentive Structure
   Project Value Referral
   Incentive
   Above ₹5 Lakhs ₹5,000
   Above ₹10 Lakhs ₹10,000
   Above ₹15 Lakhs ₹15,000
   Above ₹20 Lakhs ₹20,000
   Incentive amount will be credited based on the final confirmed project value excluding GST.
7. Mandatory Conditions

• Referral must be made only through the official website – “Refer a Friend” tab
• Referrals made through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or verbal communication will
  not be eligible
• Only one referrer will be eligible per project
• Referral incentive becomes payable only after Stage 3 payment is completed

1. Incentive Payment Process

• Once the referred client completes Stage 3 payment, our executive will contact the
  referrer
• The referrer must share the following details:

1. Bank Account Number
2. IFSC Code

• Incentive amount will be credited directly to the referrer’s bank account after internal
  verification

1. Ineligible Referrals
   A referral shall not be eligible for incentive if:

• The project value is less than ₹5 Lakhs
• The project has been cancelled at any stage
• Stage 3 payment has not been completed
• Referral was not submitted through the official website

1. Communication & Tracking

• A confirmation email will be sent once the referral crosses the booking stage
• Any queries regarding referral status or payment can be sent to:

1. No Limit on Referrals

• There is no limit to the number of successful referrals an individual can make
• Multiple incentives can be earned for multiple successful projects

1. Management Rights
   Untold Concepts reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time
• Verify the authenticity of referrals
• Reject referrals in case of misuse, fraud, or policy violation

1. Final Authority

• The decision of Untold Concepts shall be final and binding in all matters related to the
  referral program
• No disputes or claims shall be entertained beyond the scope of this policy
